Canadensis man targeted repeatedly as Frein suspect - News - poconorecord.com - Stroudsburg, PA

Quote:
Tully does not own a car. The five-mile walk takes two hours each way. He walks to work in the early afternoon and walks home from midnight until 2 a.m. It hasn't been easy, Tully has a bad knee and sometimes walks with a brace and a limp.
The walk takes him along Route 447, a hot spot in the search for Frein. Since the search began, Tully has been stopped well over 20 times and questioned by law enforcement officers. Tully says he's been questioned as much as seven times during a round-trip walk to and from work.

Cops are out of control. Feds are particularly ruthless. I wish he could get some compensation for that encounter Friday, most likely a fed. But that would be unlikely. One of the comments on the article is spot on: stop treating American citizens like dirt.

The manhunt has gotten excessive. There's no doubt if it had been a regular citizen who got killed, there wouldn't be this kind of manhunt. It's not fair to the people who live there, and this has demonstrated they should be far more afraid of law enforcement than of Frein.

“I will break you right here. What is your name?” the man asked, while still driving a knee into his back, Tully said. - See more at: Canadensis man targeted repeatedly as Frein suspect - News - poconorecord.com - Stroudsburg, PA

Increasing the safety of the population one stop at a time.

The cop could have at least gave Tully a ride home or to work after that. Unbelievable. Wait, actually, it's not unbelievable considering our law enforcement at times.

Frein most likely offed himself almost immediately afterwards when he lost his jeep in the pond. They found his body and decided to fabricate a hunt and search for him as an exercise. All the sightings and found signs of his being on the run were just staged or grasping at straws..
I'm not saying all the police are in on this, some in the ranks are probably oblivious to their being manipulated into participating in this waste of time and money.
They may have his body on ice or they'll "find" his body after putting it somewhere else and then pat themselves on the back for good police work for tracking him down so determinedly.
If all this is true and ever comes out, you'll have a parade of police officials and officers marching off to prison.

The shooting happened way back on Sept 12th. By this point I'm about ready to think that on that night Frein worked his way to a major road & hitched a ride from a semi driver to NYC where he's been living ever since. He'd be able to hide out in a big city just working odd jobs for cash even if he didn't have an ID. Raking leaves, shoveling snow come winter, vendor jobs etc.

In the search for Eric Frein, law enforcement keeps coming up with more & more findings they claim, but I wonder if it's only to justify their continued searching. At first they found a diaper (which they never could determine was Freins DNA), then things slowed down & they said they had a sighting of him 100 yards away, but he fled deeper into the woods, then they found his camp along with explosives & a journal he wrote detailing all the events (because someone is going to leave a journal around for the police admitting everything). Police told the public that Frein is running out of food, possessions & they have him circled within a small radius so it surely won't be long before they catch him.
Well, they didn't find him, but law enforcement found another one of his camps with more of his food & explosives. Things quieted again, but then a so called reliable citizen claims to have seen Frein walking by his old high school of all places. Surely a sighting by a school is reason to bring in more forces. But wait, I thought law enforcement had him circled & was closing in on him about 15 miles north! Whoops. No sign of Eric Frein for a couple days. Well then a citizen finds blood on their porch. Surely it must be Freins, but like the diaper, it turned out to not be from Frein. But stay tuned because a Porsche was stolen from the area & found in New York. Frein must have used it to finally make his escape. Nope. Turns out it wasn't Frein either. The latest is, he was spotted by another citizen near a post office. It's like law enforcement keeps saying bigger stuff every 2-3 days when things become quiet. What are they going to say next? Frein was spotted in a playground of an elementary school . . . during recess . . . by a reliable witness. Or Eric Frein was seen by a citizen near the parking lot during a high school football game.
