US: Most new immigrant families fail to report

Quote:
WASHINGTON (AP) — For nearly three months this summer, the Obama administration carefully avoided answering questions about what happened to tens of thousands of immigrant families caught illegally crossing the Mexican border and released into the United States with instructions to report back to immigration authorities.
Bottomline...Obama's administration stonewalled questions to prevent transparency on this policy and now 70% of the illegal immigrants that were caught and released within the US are not self-reporting for their hearings.

Is Obama's administration incompetent or being deceptive for political points by helping illegal immigrants?

Remember, Obama told America that deportations were up under him, and then he told Mexicans through Univision that they were down under him, because they now count people turned back at the border as being 'deported' whereas they didn't under Bush.

Is anyone, anwhere on Earth, even a little bit surprised by this? No other outcome existed. We need a Berlin Wall solution on the Southern Border, not to keep people in but to keep Mexico's trash out.

They are not just from Mexico.......but, I agree with you.

I have some illegal relatives living in Miami.

All came in though Mexico.......except one.

She got a job on a cruise ship.....paid the $1,500 bond to work on the ship......and got off in Miami.

Wow! Who would have ever thought.

an illegal immigrant in my book is a criminal, that broke the law, so who is it that actually believes they will report back? I mean, that is so completely insane...
Ok, I caught you illegally breaking into my home, but I want you to promise you will report back to me in a month

If I did break into your home.....I could likely bond out until my day in court.

This isn't any big news. They already knew that a mere 10% of those set loose show up.
