The new left wing talking point must be pretending the polls indicate the majority support UHC..

Must suck to have to make things up in order to put forth an agenda..

actually, there is at least this one that was posted by a conservative yesterday

Midterm Exit Polls Show Obamacare went too far

and if you do the math on the #'s on this poll, the US is heavily divided on the issue. With a slight lean towards supporting the AHA.

What is wrong with the word retarded?

The word "retard" means to delay or hold back in terms of progress, development, or accomplishment.

I'm sick of people selecting real words in order to be offended. Doing so is retarded (as in not accomplishing anything).

Do it.

Considering how ballot initiatives went on marijuana legalization, minimum wage, rejecting abortion restrictions, bond issuances, and sales tax increases I'd say Republicans probably wouldn't like the outcome of passing laws based upon popular opinion of issues. American's are pretty darn liberal when polled by individual issues. We're just convinced as a people that the government goodies we use is worth it, but our taxes better not go to those other people and their welfare.

Fifty-six percent said they preferred a universal system.

its all in how you ask the question.

the issue here is, none of the ideas that are popular with republicans are actually popular with most people.
