Read the article. "Angrily cut him off" is really "Obama gave him a look that ended that line of discussion."

Exit polls show that over half the voters support a path to citizenship for the illegals.

That is half the voters...

They also want our borders protected before so we don't have to deal with this again. If Obama waives his magic wand without more secure borders there will be many more waves of illegals coming here. What's so hard for Obama and dems to understand, unless they want more illegals coming here.

I did read it.

The aide who was there:

"Senate Democratic leader Harry Reid, about to lose his grip on the upper chamber, barely said a word. The aide said at one point as House Speaker John Boehner was making an argument on immigration, Obama responded that his patience was running out and Vice President Joe Biden interrupted to ask how long Republicans needed. Obama angrily cut Biden off, the aide said."

Wall Street Journal:

"At that point, Vice President Joe Biden asked how long Republicans might need to bring up an immigration bill, according to multiple people familiar with the meeting, asking if they might be ready by mid-February or another time this spring. Mr. Obama gave him a look that ended that line of discussion, the people said."

Either way, he made it clear that Joe needed to shut up and not politic with the Republicans.

A pathway yes, not a free for all. There has to be vetting involved to not include hardened criminals. Just blanket amnesty is simply foolish. There also should be a price to pay for being here illegally for years and years. I don't care where they worked, they should pay something towards the cost of keeping their children fed and educated. Costa Rica is wise to charge a fee for citizenship, why not America? The people that this administration has recently just allowed entry, should all go the back of the line.

We may just see how much he 'really' hates Americans, to think the people he hates voted for him twice.

Maybe, he wants to pay us back for not seeing America through his fogged up glasses.

The left only speaks about workers coming from these countries, they think we are stupid enough to not realize 10 yr old people don't work in America. Or are they?

Single mothers with 3-5 kids in tow.

Didn't anyone follow that mass inflow of illegals over the summer ?

I don't believe the question asked had any pre-condition.

If asked if they want the border secured I would of course expect a yes answer...would you not?

There is no way that securing the border would solve anything. It is virtually impossible and still would leave much of the problem intact.
