The more cameras on cops, the better. All footage should be available - without edit - to the public.

Uniformed street patrol cops, def yes to body cameras. UC detectives; case by case; I say that because if going deep undercover, a camera being worn COULD rat out the cop to the perps.

No. Police need to go about their jobs without second guessing from bleeding-heart liberals who want them to go soft on criminals.

Mike Brown was on film minutes before the shooting robbing a store and assaulting the clerk.

It made no difference......cuz he got me for nooooo reason sheeeet!!

A standard dash cam that is installed in more cars than not is more than sufficient. There is a lot of things a body cam would pick up BOTH parties wouldn't want. Would any civilian going on about their business like being filmed at the restaurant with their girlfriend they are cheating on their wife with by a Cop who is sitting across from you eating as well? What about nearly every single move you make?
