And you attribute this small increase to ACA, or the poor economy, because healthcare costs are linked to the economy, which of course you know..

Oh....but they couldn't buy insurance before ACA. I beg to laugh.

I look forward to your inevitable reply of "that's not a plan" or etc. Maybe after that you can find a way to invoke accusations of racism.....

The law is whatever King Obama says it is, and if the judicial branch doesn't agree, well he'll just take over their job as well.

It's pretty clear folks - Obama gets what Obama wants one way or the other. The law is what he says it is, so Congress is suing based on a law he can simply vacate with a wave of his mighty hand.

Yes, it might be the dumbest thing I have ever heard, suing a President. It is galactically dumb because in the last 6 years, King Obama has proven above every other president who came before him that he could a crap about the laws if they annoy him in any way. Boehner would get farther if he chose to sue Lord Xenu because of unicorns on Mars.

Right, and if they can't afford insurance, there's the Medicaid expansion. That's what it was meant for -- people who cannot afford insurance. Except that most states opted out. Oops.

Those that saw any doubling probably had cut rate insurance before ACA and it cost them twice as much for actual insurance. That doesn't really surprise me.

Just how much do you think Medicaid needs to be expanded to cover anyone? How do you think we will pay for all of those new Medicaid recipients?
