It seems to me as Bill Cosby has been declared guilty, only the statute of limitations prevents prosecution. Sports governing bodies are declaring their employees guilty pending any Attorneys General action

Unlike the racists here on C-D, I don't automatically assume the black guy must be a criminal thug who deserves to be killed.
I'm a liberal. My gut tells me Darren Wilson is innocent and Bill Cosby is guilty as sin.
I have my suspicions about Darren Wilson but I wasn't there and we'll never know. Of the two who do, one is dead and the other won't say anything self-incriminating now.
I felt Wilson was innocent and only doing his job. I need more information on Cosby to have an opinion, but if I had to guess, he's just another celebrity jerkoff that habitually cheating on his wife and abused his fame and power by manipulating young women to have sex with him. I will be surprised if he is convicted of rape, as it's all he said she said at this point in time.
