We know this is a white supremacist site. I've even told this to the OP. He ignored it over and over. Well, it doesn't matter now. Something tells me I don't think we'll be hearing from the OP again.

That article was written with the intent of refers to Blacks in general as inferior. That is the mission of AmRen. If said author did not intend to sound racist, that person could have said "Black criminals don't think rationally" or "Black criminals behave badly", and it would have been true. It would have been the truth, and Blacks at large would not be thrown under the bus because it calls out specifically Black criminals. However, the author didn't do that. The author went at Blacks in general.
