This is interesting....

Mendel Didn't Have The Whole Picture: Our Genome Changes Over Lifetime, Johns Hopkins Experts Say - 06/24/2008

Our DNA changes as we age.

Are we all completely different, new, and unique humans than we were ten or twenty years ago?

Men have no right to their sperm, therefore they have no right to an opinion in the matter. Only the women get to decide if it is a baby or not......My daughter lost 4 clumps of cells last year...to her they were babies.

Default Identical twins do not have identical DNA

"John Witte, a professor of genetic epidemiology at the University of California, San Francisco, said the findings were part of a growing focus on genetic changes after the parents’ template had been laid. This and other research, Dr. Witte said, shows “you’ve got a little bit more genetic variation than previously thought.”

In the meantime, a lot of biology textbooks may need updating.

Dr. Dumanski pointed out, for example, that as his study was going to press, the following statement could be found on the Web site of the National Human Genome Research Institute, the group that financed the government project to decode the human genome: “Most of any one person’s DNA, some 99.9 percent, is exactly the same as any other person’s DNA. (Identical twins are the exception, with 100 percent similarity).”

That, we now know, no longer appears to be the case.

THE BOTTOM LINE

Identical twins apparently do not have identical DNA"
Even so, djmilf, human DNA indicates a human being, therefore the argument that the fetus is not human (so often used by abortion advocates to justify their support for this heinous act) is nothing more than a canard.

Yeah I do agree they need to make up their minds. A fetus isn't a "baby" just because it's wanted and vice versa.

My severed finger has human DNA, does that make it human?

no woman should be forced to remain pregnant, labor, deliver and either raise or give a child up for adoption against her will, period. fetal surgery is great but has no bearing on a woman having control over her own reproductive organs. two different subjects

Oh, please. Your arguments are beginning to border on the absurd.

A baby in the womb (referred to as a fetus, right up until birth) is completely in tact. Your "severed finger," while it has your DNA is not a human being. The living fetus in the womb is.

Just because it is not yet born does not make it less human.

But this is what pro-aborts must do; twist, dance around the subject, manipulate and even change terms, in order to dehumanize what is obviously a living human being, so that they can be comfortable with the killing of innocent life.

I'm betting that you are thankful that your mother didn't abort you.

Says nonsense guy. The same guy who just advocated dropping a nuclear bomb on Pakistan to retaliate against the Taliban in another thread. You really should consider dropping that "no" in your name. You are full of nonsense.

Meaning ... what?

My arguments are sound, and based on science. Isn't that what people like you are always arguing? Science???
