The father should have some say in whether or not his child is murdered, are you saying that it should only be up to the woman? Even if I were pro-abortion or pro-choice I would be able to see that it's wrong to completely exclude one of the parents from having any say whatsoever.

if a man does not want a child he may produce to be aborted, he should make sure his partner agrees with him BEFORE entering into a sexual relationship. easy.

Yes, both parties should discuss children and their future together before they have unprotected sex with one another. If you're either too dumb or too irresponsible (Maybe a combination of both) to realize that, then you shouldn't be having unprotected relations in the first place.

Adoption is an option.... As I've stated multiple times.

some women do not want to be pregnant, nor do they want to labor and deliver only to have to raise or adopt out the baby. no woman should have to do that against her own will. many women regret for a life time they gave up a child for adoption. many women can't or won't give up a child for adoption. if adoption was the answer we would not have the multitudes of children waiting to be adopted in foster care.

It's time for men to take control of THEIR reproductive rights!
These men should just NOT HAVE SEX with women!

As we all know, celibacy is the ONLY way to ensure not creating a baby.

Keep it in your pants, guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In theory celibacy is the only true way of one not getting pregnant. However; that isn't always reality. And if we are indeed being honest here, it takes two to tango. Shouldn't the woman have some accountability here as well?

I agree in principle, but legally and practically this bill will never fly. What if the woman says she was raped by her boyfriend? Can she get the abortion on accusation alone? Waiting 2 years for a trial would make the abortion issue moot.

Many women also regret murdering their child through abortion. This will be my final reply on the matter. Murder isn't the answer, even in the unfortunate and disgusting case of rape and it's especially not the answer for some woman who irresponsibly got knocked up due to not using protection. The adoption system isn't perfect and is overcomplicated as is the case with most western systems, adoption or otherwise. But murdering an innocent child is no the answers, take care.

her "accountability" is pregnancy and her choice. that is the ultimate in accountability

Her accountability would have been to say no, or take the necessary precautions available to avoid an unwanted pregnancy. Again, it takes two to tango, and BOTH parties should be ready and willing to accept the consequences for failing to utilize the proper precautions!
