What happened to Brown was a tragedy and should not have happened. Brown should have never attacked Wilson and if he hadn't he would have received a slap on the wrist for stealing the cigars not bullets from a frightened cop for resisting arrest.

I dont think it's racist... I just think it's incredibly stupid and a really weak attempt at being funny.
The camera was mostly towards the floor... And this video got out. You didn't hear any giggling from the cameraperson... I wonder if they took offense to it, recorded it slyly and sent it out.
