Good point. Income inequality is frequently exacerbated by government. Another example is regulations and licencing which creates barriers to individuals entering a trade. Licensing frequently just helps the status quo.

Actually you have it backwards. It's the end result of decades of liberal policies. Almost every Government program increases inequality. That's why inequality has gone way up under Obama.

You are correct. In fact government deciding who should do well and who shouldn't is immoral. It's also immoral to take money from one person and give it to another.
