It's Islamophobia to speak as though every Muslim were an extremist or terrorist. It is bigotry to try to paint all Muslims as having the same agenda.

Don't most Christians read the Bible? Why do we have so many different versions of the Bible, so many interpretations? Why do people follow some parts of the Bible, but not others? Muslims are no different.
The people that committed those acts are no different than Islamic terrorists. And any "Christians" that supported them are no different than practicing Muslims that support Islamists.
