More of the same ole government can do no wrong folks trying to justify the kidnapping of children...MAYBE you should open your eyes and realize this happens every single day for simple things like homeschooling your kids,asking for a 2nd medical opinion,giving birth at home...etc etc etc.

It's not an Unconstitutional gag order. Civilized people don't drag children through the mud by discussing deeply personal private matters about the children.

It's really not as black and white as that. Sure, sometimes CPS takes children for bull reasoning, but a lot of times, there is a solid case to back this.
Unless you know all of the facts (and one side of the story is not "all of the facts"), it's hard to make that determination.
Reportedly, dad has 5 other children by his first wife and 9 with his current wife.
It's likely, mom and dad follow some form of Quiverfull ideology, family planning of any sort is left to God.
Quiverfull is closely aligned with Christian home schooling movement in some areas.
In some cases, proponents of Quiverfall don't trust any form of government , insurance or science and avoid all forms of debt. They trend towards isolation sometimes in third world like conditions. They don't believe in immunization or medicine and are prone to quasi- quackery solutions to medical problems. It's the whole God's Will sort of thing and can sometimes trend extreme.
If college is pursued, it tends to be limited to community college , young men and online, supervised by parents. Early marriage is encouraged and may be arranged by consenting families. TV, entertainment, toys may be banned.
In some extreme cases, the living enviornment may be unsanitary, raw sewage and mold. Medical treatment is not sought and instead the family attempts to pray it away.
While certainly not mainstream, there's nothing illegal about any of this unless a court determines the enviornment is contrary to the safety and health of children. Given the court is allowing visitation suggests that the children were not sexually abused and this is about the physical enviornment.

That case was also ordered a gag order and the ONLY reason that child is now back at home and not in custody of the state kidnapping agency is because her father RIGHTFULLY refused to be gagged and spoke out and got the media involved in his daughters kidnapping.

The facts are that you only have the mother's and father's sides of this story.
You don't have the state's side. Because the state is obligated to keep silent in order to protect the children.
Since you don't have all the facts, your rush to conclusions is illogical.
DFCS had already come to the home when the SAME PERSON falsely accused them before and the case was closed because it was false. She saw the home,talked to the kids etc.
