When I see pictures of him having emotion I feel for him. I deep down think he is good guy who let behind the scenes opinions take him in directions he never should have gone. All presidents have alot of advisors who will never have to bear the brunt of failure like he does.

He unfortunately will go down in history as one of the worst regardless of what personality he has.

Not fooled at all. Never voted for him and tried to sway others who still voted for him. I told them he would be bad internationally without to know he would be bad here as well.

I just feel he has been a fall guy of sorts for the government. I still would never condone anything he has done since he has been in office.

He chose his role.
Please don't call him a fall guy for the government.

Most of the government is just a bunch of people trying to do their best day in and day out ... just like most of us on CD.
They try to help people and follow legislation and other regulatory guidance.

If he wasn't up to the job, he shouldn't have run for office (twice).

Is the guy not allowed to be a little emotional about leaving a job that he held for 8 years?

Regardless of how you feel about him, he is still human, ya know, and big life changes like this are bound to elicit some kind of emotional response.

He chose those guys.

Nobody asked you to show sympathy...how about just not attack the guy for showing a natural emotional display?

It just further solidifies my belief that the man literally cannot do anything that the left won't attack him for...ties his shoes? Why, what does he have against velcro?!?!? Trim his toenails? Do you know how long those toenails are going to take to decompose in a landfill?!?!?

Damn, people, what are you going to do for the next 4 years without Bush to focus your hatred on?
