House Begins Passing Series of Deficit-Hiking Tax Cuts

Mr Lyin Ryan trying to
change tax system one piece at a time, causing an un-balance situation. GOP again wants to not pay for anything but wants it all to be done with debt. See Kansas and NC both not collecting enough revenue and yet still spending more.

So much for any pretension that Republicans care even a whit about economics. Not only are their policies patently immoral, but they fly in the face of fiscal prudence as well.

And Obama's 47% who don't pay taxes want everyone else to pay for everything.

Taxation itself is immoral ( theft) and as to the fiscal prudence of the GOP, yes their policies are as reckless as those of your party (witness the bi-partisan deficit)
I'm also sure the GOP "cares about economics" just as much as your Dem party does in that they both need to keep the money flowing to their pals to remain in control.
It all makes sense once you wake up to the fact that Government is just a giant redistribution machine.

Class dismissed.

Hhahahahaaaaa morals as the current dems governor of Oregon steps down for...what was it? And an openly bi-sexual female is taking over....Hahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

I thought the dems were for having deficit, the more the better? I mean when the repubs want to lower the deficit, the dems go crazy saying the budget does not need to be balanced...or lower...

Make up your minds dems....

My biggest issue is that Lyin Ryan claims to be a fiscal conservative. My idea of being fiscal conservative is have enough to pay your bills, keep credit to zero (except mortage). The current GOP has fallen into the Reagonomics and Cheney idea that its OK to pay tomorrow what you spend today.
I can see spending (debt) for large Items that may only come every 30-50 years (infrastructure). To put everyday items onto the Govt credit card is wrong.
A better tax system then most like on this forum is needed. One where there is more then enough revenue to cover operating expenses and to pay down the debt. A progressive system with more not less tax brackets.

Since it's popular and it's been passed so many times before, Republicans argued, the policy should be made permanent.
'

From the link, they have always been there, now they just want to make them permanent?

And, it's just not the GOP.....

From the link:

More than 30 Democrats crossed the aisle to support the measure.
