Why did we have to remove Saddam Hussein from power?

Turned his back on US currency and went w/ the Euro.

Foreign Exchange: Saddam Turns His Back on Greenbacks

Europe's dream of promoting the euro as a competitor to the U.S. dollar may get a boost from SADDAM HUSSEIN. Iraq says that from now on, it wants payments for its oil in euros, despite the fact that the battered European currency unit, which used to be worth quite a bit more than $1, has dropped to about 82[cents]. Iraq says it will no longer accept dollars for oil because it does not want to deal "in the currency of the enemy."

Exactly-I don't know why people refuse to see it for what it is.

Nearly ALL wars are banker's wars! It's sad and pathetic that some still think our Government acts out of benevelonce to remove violent dictators when most of the time our Government and banking system initially funds and supports the same tyrant.

The Petrodollar Wars: The Iraq Petrodollar Connection

"By 2002, Saddam had fully converted to a petroeuro – in essence, dumping the dollar.

On March 19, 2003, George W. Bush announced the commencement of a full scale invasion of Iraq.
According to Clark and Engdahl, Saddam’s bold threat to the petrodollar system had invited the full force and fury of the U.S. military onto his front lawn."
