Well she would not qualify for a transparency award from OMB Watch. Then again.....

It is illegal, do laws matter to you?

This is equivalent to the missing 18 minutes on the Nixon tapes. Every corporation has an audit trail that records any activity on its systems. For the company's and employee's protection and to ensure database integrity. Work outside the sytem is verbotem. Puts the national security at risk.

You are REALLY reaching today.

PSST, Romney was NOT a U.S. Cabinet Secretary.

I think it was WAY before Rice. The fed has had email as far back H Bush, that I know of.

We were told PRIVATE emails were NOT permitted.

It is a shame a new law has to be implemented becuae Hillary found a way to circumvent the rules.

Clinton used personal email for State Department work

You will note that Mr Kerry is the first Secretary of State to use a government e-mail account to conduct the bulk of his correspondence.
Her staffers went through the emails to select which to forward.

Yes, it is pretty sad. Former attorney Hillary Clinton knew exactly what she was doing when she set up the account just before Obama appointed her. Absolutely every email generated through that account should be public record.

Private e-mail IS permitted.

Government e-mail is for government business. And if at least one of the parties is using a government e-mail account, then the government e-mail servers will preserve that e-mail automatically. If neither of the parties is using a government e-mail account, but they still have a system for preserving the e-mails, as is the case for Mrs Clinton, AND the Secretaries of State BEFORE HER, then the letter of the law is STILL being followed.

So?

Do you have proof of any wrong-doing? Or is this just more whining and hand-wringing for show?

That means he DOES have another account and uses it.

I challenged the statement any way.

As I stated before I worked for the fed. gov. back in 1990 and even though I was just a lowly a peon, we had email.

It is beyond imagination that Sec. of State would NOT have NOT a gov. email system.

I'd be willing to bet even Madeline Albright had gov. email.
