Do you think the Iranians are headed into this with the idea they could defeat the US Navy in a head on encounter?

How many years have we been in Afghanistan and Iraq now? In and out we were told. Even if they lose a ship they win as it would harden the resolve of those we are already needlessly engaged with.

The Sunni's, like Saudi Arabia, are not friends of the U.S. So what Iran gets Yemen, a nation totally unimportant to the U.S. In a previous thread you even mentioned how both sides are not friends to the U.S., so why back any side. The U.S. should stay out and let the cards fall where they may in Yemen.

If confronted, I think they will turn around and return to Iran. Iranians are much more rational than the American RW.

Make things up much? A conservative believes in small government. protect the borders. Trade with all nations entangling alliances with none.

Follow the Constitution and quit meddling in the affairs of sovereign nations. Maybe we should try and help overthrow Iran again. Worked well last time, right?

Overthrow a leader which enables the extremists to gain power. Wash, rinse, repeat.

Cute attempt to speak for me, and as usual your ignorance of my opinions on many issues rears it head once again, you should stop assume so much, you do not seem very good at it. I asked a simple question of another poster, so far no answer, but since you felt compelled to reply we now know what your opinion is, do nothing, Noted.
