Congress is currently debating a trade bill. Obama is for it and the majority of (R)'s are for it. All but a handful of (D)'s are against it.

Seems to me I could argue Obama was a Republican.

Obama was never the leftist that people like the OP thinks he is. Actions speak louder than words, and Obama is nowhere near a leftist. A true liberal is not in favor of free trade. Hell, there's even conservatives who aren't libertarians that are against free trade.

Not to mention left progressives are closer to Rand Paul on security and privacy than Obama. But this thread is another perfect example of how pathetic the cons look in creating demons that don't exist.

Obama kept income taxes lower than Reagan ever did, something the racist Teabaggers conveniently forget. Sad that conservatives blame their stupidity and failure on Obama when he's allowed a more economically conservative environment than Reagan, its just stupid people listening to too much Rush Limbaugh.

nonsense, how can someone be opposed to free trade but then claim that we should allow all the illegal aliens to come into the nation.

obama passed ACA which will be responsible for TRILLIONS in taxes over the next decade..

if you want to limit the argument to just income taxes, thats because BUSH cut the taxes, obama just maintained them..

When will the left stand up and protest Obama renewing and expanding the Patriot Act?
