The consternation regarding the migration of Asian and African into Europe, to put it lightly, smacks of the worst kind of ingratitude. Aside from the immense riches that the European powers extracted from Asia and Africa, there is the issue that 4 million Asians and Africans fought in Europe for England and France during WWI, similar numbers were employed in the second. So now having paid in blood and treasure to literally save Europe from itself, that their descendants call in the debt, they are viewed as unwelcome interlopers. How curious.

Europe doesn't owe them anything and they are unwelcome interlopers. Without European assistance many of those nations would still be in the 1800s development wise. Europeans "extracted" from Asia and Africa but also left them with infrastructure and a semblance of civilization where previously there wasn't any. Not to mention Western powers currently pour billions of dollars of foreign and humanitarian aid into those nations and westerners volunteer their time and money over there help them. America goes to war on behalf of these nations and we send our soldiers in to "literally save" Africa and Asia "from itself" all the time. Remember Korea, Vietnam, and both Gulf wars?

"Debts" from 100 years ago have been more than paid over, if anything these nations owe the West a tremendous debt that we'll of course never ask to be repaid. These nations benefit greatly from western innovation and inventions. And now millions of them swarm to western nations to suck our welfare benefits dry and claim asylum. Many westerners welcome them with open arms. A lot of good deeds going from west to east. I guess no good deed ever goes unpunished...

What that has to do with foreigners flooding Europe, changing its social fabric, traditions, languages and way of life? Colonialism was a shameful era but how is that connected to the latest mass immigration?
I would also remind you that some ethnic groups insisted on immigrating, but now are unhappy in their new found land, even hating it...Isn't that weird?
Lets also not forget that the Europeans themselves opened the floodgates, letting in millions, voluntarily. They didn't envision how they are shooting themselves in the foot, impacting Europe forever.
A similar move was made by the US starting in the 60s.

Hahahaha. The craziness that people tell themselves. How long are you people going to lie to yourselves about bringing civilization to Africa and Asia? Get out of here with that nonsense.

No one has any idea what these places would have been like without European intervention. One thing is for sure, however. Civilization was present long before European arrival. Yet they and many of their descendents keep perpetuating lies to make themselves feel better.

How long were they claiming West Africa had no written heritage until Timbuktu began to reveal their libraries containing thousands and thousands of manuscripts? Not to mention the writings from Nigeria etc.

Please.

A complete misrepresentation of the situation. Europe is experiencing an invasion for which no one is prepared - similar to the crapola we've got on the southern border - only worse.

Italy is overrun. From what I read, it's horrible. Sympathize with those fleeing the death and destruction in their lands - but it's not possible to assimilate these hordes of refugees.

Further, Europe has more than its share of multicultural diversity. Enormous problems with the Muslims.

Angela Merkel has said multiculturalism creates anarchy - and she is right.

The world has become quite chaotic - and dangerous.

LOL!!!

Vietnam was once a French territory. The French and Americans fought only to retain control. The Americans were only involved to stop the spread of communism, as was the case with the Korean war.

We pick sides, at best. You seem to be oblivious to all the damage caused by meddling in the affairs of nations and cultures folks like you likely deem inferior. It's been happening for hundreds of years, and there are pits full of dead bodies that should act as a monument to our useless meddling. The fact that folks like you still champion this kind of stuff is disturbing.

All foreign aid is a waste, get rid of it. We are not saving anyone from themselves, the U.S. needlessly intervenes abroad, whether it is supporting tyranny, starting unnecessary wars, or getting involved in conflicts that are not the business of the U.S. All of these earn the U.S. enemies unnecessarily, and gets Americans killed.
