Not yet, although some early drafts have leaked and caused massive concern, the details of the bill are still a closely held secret. And thats part of the problem.
I find it interesting that some whined on and on about having to sign ACA without supposedly being able to read it, yet now they want to pass a Bill, along with Obama and many Dems that they do not want the American People to see until after they have already signed it. Rules change to suit the agenda I guess

They can in fact read the bill, they have to go to a restricted room, hand over all their notes, and make no copies of it. Its rumored to be in the thousands of pages. Making the understanding of it given the complexity, and inability to make notes you can keep effectively impossible to clearly understand.
So they can read it, but good luck really understanding it, or getting effective information from other people indicating its effects.

So how can anyone form an opinion about the bill if it's under lock and key and we don't know what's in it?

We can't, nor can the people voting to fast track it. The presidents office has been arguing that it will be posted online for 60 days after he signs it, and before the congress and senate vote.
Its a horrible deal from the leaks that have occurred. The fact that so many republicans back it shows who they represent, Ditto for the Dems who have voted to fast track it as well.

Part I just do not get is that if it is so good, what is the problem with the American people being able to see it, read it, and then decide if they want it. In my opinion this deal should not be passed just because of this alone.

No worries. Just tune into C Span tonight. The most transparent administration in history will surely not hide anything.

Should we all get ready to drop our pants and bend over, because by the time We The People know what is in the Bill in detail we will have already been bent over.
