Why did this black guy want to take pictures like this if he thought they (the white cops) were racists?

Maybe just a joke.

Maybe it's the media and others who look and see a black man and a white cop, while the cops just see a criminal and not the skin color.

Maybe the cops just view all perps the same, because Chicago is such a crime-ridden cesspools, that some cops have dehumanized all criminals, and the skin color of the man they took the photo with was not a factor.

Or maybe this was just a joke among people who knew each other and thought this was funny?

It's an English name of Greek origin genius.

What...you think black folks brought it over from Africa? It's a white male name in origin.

Most male humor is unacceptable, get over it and stop making race a central theme.

By the way the term 'young bucks' refers to any young man in the full bloom of manhood. Stop stealing our words and corrupting them!!!!

Anyone that sensitive needs counceling. Cry much?

Most racial epithets are words that also have innocent uses.

Is the word "coon" a racial epithet?

That all depends on how it is used and the intent of the user.

How the use of the word is perceived is another matter.
