Either they are trying to disarm law abiding citizens because they have an agenda or they are too stupid to realize that criminals don't follow laws so making 500000000 gun laws isn't going to stop an adam lanza or a holmes and we all know it hasn't stopped gun violence in poor liberal controlled cities . The fault lies with the man who killed her. Blaming the police and the gun permitting process is convenient for the argument against both. If she already had a gun and was still killed by the man, those on the other side of the debate would have used it as an example for why you don't need a gun. Both sides would be wrong.
