So, banning same sex marriage is ok because anal sex, even though many do not have anal sex. Yet heterosexuals are not banned from marriage even if they have anal sex.
And you wonder why your side is losing the legal cases.

No. But if you're really concerned about anal sex, wouldn't it make more sense to focus on the largest problem - the many heterosexual couples who practice it? Why settle for the small potatoes?
If you really want the government regulating the sexual activities of consenting adults, shouldn't you be the first to volunteer to have a government monitor follow you around at all times?
The 14th Amendment does not mention homosexuality, was never intended to cover it, and does not trump the 10th Amendment. Also, this isn't about sex, race, or religion, it is about a deviant fetish lifestyle which people choose to live.
It doesn't mention a lot of things that the Courts have deemed it covered. Originalism is a long dead concept. However it is interpreted now is all that matters.
