The progressive left wants all this light pollution. The left demands intense floodlights on every street, in every nook, everything must be lit--shrieks when neighborhoods lose one on a single corner. It squeals when there's a hint that the giant continuous, multidimensional LED television screen that is Times Square should be dimmed.

Who has floodlights on their streets? I live in a liberal state and this is the first I've heard of this

Carbon dioxide accounts for more than half of the human-produced enhancement to Earth’s greenhouse effect. Among the other gases involved is methane, which has increased dramatically over the last century.

Other important greenhouse gases include nitrous oxide and near-surface ozone. Water vapor is actually the most prevalent greenhouse gas, but human activity has not directly increased its concentration in the atmosphere, unlike the other chemicals above. However, as global temperatures increase, more water vapor is released by oceans and lakes, and this in turn helps to increase temperatures further. This is one of many feedback loops that help to reinforce and intensify climate change. https://www2.ucar.edu/news/how-much-...ady-atmosphere

Untold trillions of pounds of CO2 released in lightning-sparked wildfires that blazed uncontrollably throughout eons of atmospheric history--all before the mid 20th century invention of your municipal fire department.

95% of all species that have lived on this earth at one time or another are gone. man did not cause the demise of all of them. we are perhaps responsible for the tiniest fraction of a tiny fraction of perhaps at best .5% of lost species.

this is just more doom and gloom from the left who want more government regulation and control over the entire population of the world. please stop with the chicken little stuff, it makes you guys look stupid and weak.
