People say it's offensive when whites do it, but how do people feel when blacks do it? One of my neighbors is black and has one in his yard.

I actually did see a black man in Asheville, NC standing with a confederate flag by a statue-it was very strange.

But anyway, all this arguing over flags is nonsense IMO.

Some do. A CNN poll showed 11% of black people surveyed believe it to be a symbol of Southern Pride, while 75% see it as a symbol of racism.
