Brinkley leaving and acting dumb with the typical " I didn't do nothin" response when caught by the police is what got him convicted.

No, it was not. It was certainly smarter than holding the victim's family at gunpoint.

If you feel your life is threatened by someone who followed you to your house and coming your way that you shoot them you should totally ignore the other people in that car.

But continue to throw insults.

You take the shot in the back as gospel. Just like mike brown.
Your quote supports what I said, so you insult yourself by posting it.

The "evil liberal media" did not make up the fact that the victim said he was going to the follow the killer to get his address, that came from the dispatch.

Gonzales was an idiot who should have just gone home...but that doesn't admonish Doyle for killing a man who was unarmed, and then terrorizing his family. The guys a nut, and anyone who supports him shows the same tendencies. With no hyperbole, I say this: there are at least a half dozen people on this forum who crave being able to do this to someone, which is evidenced by their reactions to this story.

Evil liberal media? Good grief go take a chill pill.

Hyperbole?

You moved the goalpost from he just went there to get his address to he got out his car to confront him and eventually stated it doesn't matter if he went there to beat his brains in.

Yes that does matter.

Again continue with the insults though.

In the Michael Brown case it was the media reporting his friend and some people that weren't even there that he'd been shot in the back.

While the state of the media in this country is pretty dismal, that's a far cry from the official police report stating 1 to the front and 3 to the back plus eye-witness testimony.

Also, it's not a police shooting so it's not unreasonable to take their word for it and charges have already been brought.

While the incident is news because of the presence of the families and the extreme stupidity of both drivers the lawfulness of the encounter is pretty cut and dry.
