I just heard the mayor of Boston banned fans from using or bringing chewing or smokeless tobacco to baseball games, and that San Francisco has a similar policy and Los Angles is considering it as well. WTF? Commie politicians and commie corporate sports teams are going to commie.
You can kill your unborn child, but god forbid you choose to use chewing tobacco at a baseball game.
I don't even want to think about what would happen if you were using chewing tobacco and drinking a soda over 12 ounces while carrying a concealed handgun. Probably would make a statist head explode.

Stadiums are tax payer funded, for some reason, so that's fine with me. Build their own stadium and make their own rules. Would I ban chewing tobacco? Probably not, but if people started spitting it wherever or in toilets or whatever (or in a bottle and leaving the bottle for someone else to dispose of), I'd be open to it.
Also, that's not communism. Only someone with minimal knowledge of communism would think it is. In fact, the existence of these tax payer funded stadiums is more communist that this, but we aren't talking about that for some reason.

What gives a mayor, part of the executive branch, the right to dictate unconstitutional policies? The mayor is just one tax payer (actually collector really) and he doesn't buy anyones' baseball admission ticket. Tax paying, ticket purchasing, tobacco using fans should decide if they want to chew tobacco which is traditional in baseball. Sure sounds like progressive/communist dictatorship to me.
