People like me tend to depend on facts to elevate some allegations to "sandal" level.
Here are some facts:
Hillary choose to put convenience and secrecy above national security. She risked a lot for nothing.
She has had over a year to turn over the server as is. She choose not to until basically forced to.
She decided that she and her pals would choose which emails were work related and which were not. That should not have been up to her when claims were made that classified info passed through her server.
She transferred over what she says were the only work emails to a usb drive. Then wiped the server.
She said no classified info was on the server. That was proven false.
She has maintained this entire time that no sensitive info was on the server. So why not turn it over at the start? Why wipe it? You have nothing to hide yet you refused to turn over the server and then have it wiped? Sorry, if you believe she was not hiding and deceiving then you can live with your head in the sand.
Hillary's team is now lawyering up.

I'm pretty sure she would be guilty of a crime if that happened. It would definitely launch some deeper in investigations for sure.

You are correct in what I highlighted in green (and this all looks very bad), but what I highlighted in red, has not been confirmed yet. It hasn't been confirmed yet just when the information in the email became classified as secret. It is possible that the contents of the email were not classified as secret when they were emailed, and therefor no laws were broken.
All of this looks really bad, but lets remember that the usb drive most likely won't have any incriminating evidence (if it did, it surely has been removed by now) and that we don't know when the contents of the emails were classified as secret. And finally, let's not forget that the Clintons are masters of getting themselves out of scandals, so it's unlikely that this will end Hilary's run for POTUS.
