LOL! The server is being turned over to the DOJ. Last time I checked that is completely controlled by the Obama Administration. Has been since 2008.
It's unlikely there is anything on there, it was probably wiped. To be quite honest I would expect it would be, if it wasn't then it would just be another example of lackadaisical security.
Let's keep in mind that the 2 Inspector Generals' only had a sample of the Clinton emails of 40. They found this "above Top Secret" stuff in 2 of the 40 emails.
The FBI seized the thumb drives from the Clinton Attorney. The thumb drives contain the emails that Clinton & her aids had vetted and given to the State Department - around 31,000 emails - Clinton erased/destoryed another 35,000 emails that were supposedly "yoga exercises, wedding plans, vacation plans". The State Department & Administration has refused to share those emails that Clinton & Company vetted with the Intelligence Inspector Generals, FBI and the Courts.
The physical Server is different and has remained with Camp Clinton - it is most certainly "wiped clean", we will see how clean it is. We also know from previous information that the NSA collects emails - odds are that they exist somewhere. They are not just going after Hillary Clinton's emails, but also the emails of her top aids ...... 10 of them. So far, 4 have given up their emails and 6 are still stonewalling - including Clinton's Chief of Staff and her top aid, Huma (who also had an email account on the private server.
The Courts are after Clinton and her aids also under the Freedom of Information Lawsuits that have been filed - Clinton & Aids were forced to submit affidavits or testimony - under Oath & penalty of Perjury last Friday in Judge Sullivan's Court. Congressional Committees have also issued subpoenas.
The State Department is still stonewalling, but I doubt they can do so much longer. The FBI & Courts are going around them. The sample (only 40 emails) that the Inspector Generals' reviewed show a serious breach in National Security with data that is the highest of "Top Secret".
Business as Usual in the Clinton Camp. Good post on the run down. I have doing the same under the Clinton Cartel. Even Dem. Candidates are displeased with the single choice of Hilary and the limited debates program for Democrats.
The fact that she did all this is unethical and criminal.
I imagine there was stuff on there that would be incriminating, or otherwise it wouldn't make sense to take such a risk unless she's just criminally stupid; which I don't think she is.
General Petraus had his career ruined for far less. I want the FBI to go after Hillary in the same way they did when they went after Scooter Libby for the fake "Valerie Plame" baloney.
This investigation should also include Barack since she worked for him and any email was probably sent to him too.

It is not clear to me that they would stop supporting her, even if she appeared on television making a statement while in jail, in handcuffs, while wearing an orange jumpsuit. Do you really believe they care if she is a criminal or not? At this point, I am not so sure that this would cause most people on the left to reconsider her candidacy.
Nothing is on the server now. She's had months to destroy every piece of incriminating evidence.
What was on there? Hmm... maybe stuff about Benghazi perhaps?
In other words, she has had months to obstruct justice, which is what Richard Nixon was on the verge of being impeached over, leading to his eventual resignation.

They have apparently already found two emails that were top secret. David Patraeus has had his life positively ruined for less. The only real question at this point is whether Obama will intervene to help her obstruction of justice efforts, or if he and his regime will stand back and let the FBI do their jobs with no expectation that she is above the law. If it is the latter, she is finished, unless the Democrats want to nominate an indicted felon.
But we all know Barack Obama and how his regime tends to work. Even though he is clearly enjoying watching Hillary squirm at this point, he may yet intervene and impede the investigation. If Obama does that, Hillary will likely continue, albiet with a dark cloud of scandal and corruption hanging over her everywhere she goes.
And you probably thought all the controversy was going to be about Donald Trump. LOL. You ain't seen nothing yet, buddy.
Doesn't really matter what was in the emails. Having top secret compartmentalized information on your private computer without proper authorization and security measures is a felony under federal law. If she really did this, she committed a crime that would put most of us in jail for many, many years. When I was in the military, this kind of information was so closely guarded that we couldn't bring any kind of electronic devices into a controlled area, let alone a personal computer.
If she did this, and I don't know if she did, then she should be held to the same standard as anyone else and prosecuted. I guess we'll see what the DOJ comes up with, but it doesn't look good for her at the moment.
It doesn't matter whether Camp Clinton "turned over the server" or not. The FBI already located it.
A Denver company called Platte River Networks was handling the email of the secretary of state of the U.S., but it wasn’t a government account. It was a private account and it’s raising questions about security.
Last week FBI agents visited Platte River Networks which was involved in handling the Clinton email accounts. Sources related to that visit told CBS4 Investigator Rick Sallinger the company has been asked to preserve any information related to the emails involving Bill and Hillary Clinton.
