Even if Hillary Clinton were to drop out of the presidential race today, a Special Prosecutor is in order in this case.
Quote:
Hillary Email Scandal Requires A Special Prosecutor

In violation of the law, she almost certainly exposed U.S. secrets on her server. The inspector general for the federal government's 17 spy agencies this week noted two of 40 random emails of the 30,000 that Clinton has handed over contained what it called "Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information." The AP reports those emails included discussion of an article on a U.S. drone operation and a "separate conversation" whose source may be "highly classified."

Do a little math. If the 2-in-40 ratio for top secret to nontop-secret emails holds up, investigators could find as many as 1,500 secrets made available to prying eyes on Hillary's private email server.
That's a massive potential breach of national security.

If Clinton had been a Republican, criminal charges would have already been drawn up — just ask Scooter Libby and Adm. John Poindexter, both of whom were convicted on lesser obstruction charges.
There is no question that there are enough concerns to pursue a criminal probe, but with Hillary Clinton as the presumptive Democratic nominee, and the former Secretary of State under Barack Obama, the current Democratic president, there is clearly a conflict of interest here. And that is especially true considering the lengths that Obama and his crew have gone to to stonewall investigations into other areas of wrongdoing, such as the IRS intimidation of conservative political groups, in which critical information was also destroyed, and the backups not even looked for.

Yes, there are still leftist mouthpieces out there that will insist she is the innocent victim of a right-wing conspiracy, and then offer up the left's standard, worn-out "phony scandal" response. At this point there can be no doubt that this is not being caused by Republicans and that there are serious criminal issues here that need to be investigated in a methodical an unbiased way, without the possibility of the Obama administration impeding that investigation.

A Special Prosecutor needs to be appointed to handle this case.

I would suggest that your limited poll choices are absurd and not to be taken seriously.

What do you think would be better choices?

Would you sincerely be opposed to Obama impeding this investigation?

I would totally agree. It is the kind of choice a fascist would offer.

I vote that she be treated the same as VP Dick Cheney when he knowingly leaked the classified name of a CIA operative to the press and then lied about it.

Lol, despite the facts that she lied and that her private sever (Huh? Madame Secretary?) has been scrubbed, this HillBilly will continue to pursue--without interference--her latest entitlement: the presidency.

These political witch hunts are one of the reasons why people are saying good-bye to GOP while saying hello to people like Donald Trump.

So you think she is an innocent victim of a right wing conspiracy, and that she is not responsible for her breaches of national security or all the lies she has told about this?

Is this yet another "phony scandal" in your view?

I think she should be crucified for being SENT e-mails that MIGHT someday be classified. 3 years after it all goes down and this is the worst thing that they can try to pin on her. She must be the squeakiest clean politician in the world to have such a lengthy resume when the worst that she can be accused of is MAYBE SOBEBODY SENT HER A CLASSIFIED E-MAIL ONCE OR TWICE DURING A PERIOD OF 3 YEARS OR SO. I would suggest that the crazies should take 2 Benghazis, a dose of Fast and Furious and then like the commercials say, talk to your doctor. Your time would be better spent trying to find a candidate that doesn`t make normal people laugh.
