Because a car's normal use is not as a weapon, although it can be used as a weapon, if drunk driving, drowsy driving, or reckless driving, etc. is in the equation. But strangely enough, someone being killed by a car crash would be convicted of manslaughter rather than murder.
So if the above quote was true, do you think that the drunk driving crash of May 14, 1988 should be classified as a massacre?

The guy was drinking. He knew that drinking and driving was wrong and can cause this kind of thing. Doesn't matter the weapon, if you kill someone like that it should be murder.

Exactly so … and we don't allow just anybody to drive a car, as if it is a God-given right …
We don't think that the way to have fewer car crashes is to have more and more and more people driving cars everywhere with no licensing, no restrictions ...
Just like if every country had Nukes, the world would be safer.
