LOL Bostonian joining the race discussion. These is not the best place to get accurate votes. If the local mods allow it, you would get better results in the city forums (Dallas, Boston, Miami, NYC, D.C.) but they probably won't allow it because it would attract the illegal immigration crowd and our opinions are not always welcomed.

So we get essentially two choices, phobic hate mongers or uber liberal no national borders.
We fear the liberals who give us oblivion or embrace their views as our only choice.
We fear the liberals who preach zero tolerance and thus create enemies and problems where none exist.
We fear the liberals who are oblivious to perspective and live by the slippery slope which declares the least probable future outcome should define today's action.
These liberals are truly strange and should be feared as outsiders.
Other - the enemies of the United States are not people collectively but rather our enemies are nations and ideologies. Our enemy is not "Islam" ... it's Islamic fundamentalism. Our enemy is not "Mexicans", it's the nation of Mexico. Liberals are not our enemies, our enemy is liberal ideology.
However I think our biggest enemy is internal: it's extremism (of any flavor), ignorance, nativism, and racism. We will not reach our full potential until we learn to embrace our fellow citizens that are Black, Hispanic, Asian, American Indian, Indian Indian, etc
Seems like all I hear on TV and every media outlet is insane voices shrieking in fear, angry men ranting and foaming. These poor souls all seem to be scared witless. It's ludicrous. Why are constantly under a perpetual barrage of fear mongering?
Obviously a heck of a lot of people have a need to fill some void with outraged and media delivers.
