But they aren't anti-gay marriage.

Which demonstrates how mentally ill and out of touch with reality they are.

It's a myth, yet republican presidential hopefuls have vowed to end same sex marriage if elected.

I think it's wonderful Huckabee is willing to go to jail for what he believes in. That kind of conviction I find admirable. Problem is most politicians say a lot of things they never do or never intend to do.

So I pledge this:

If Mike Huckabee willingly does whatever it takes to be jailed for committing whatever crime it is that breaks whatever law he's talking about,

and

He tells the judge he will willingly do the time because he committed the crime,

and

He asks for no leniency nor accepts any shortening of his sentence,

When he gets out of jail, I will no longer think him as a run-of-the-mill politician.

And any other politician who does the same thing, I'll give them the same support.

I agree. The problem is that it's been about three decades since an R running for significant (=state or national) office has felt safe enough to say so in public.

That's why Trump is so startling. There are many things wrong with Trump, but if there were no other choices for president than, say, Jindal, and Trump - I'd hold my nose and vote for Trump, and I wouldn't spend any time agonizing over it.

If you believe ALL republicans are anti gay marriage, then you believe a myth.

By the way, why is it so hard to understand that not ALL Republicans are anti gay marriage?!

My whole family is Republican, NONE is against gay marriage, none really cares, to be completely honest.

I think you need to stop reading too much into people's words.

If my post created a misunderstanding, i apologize, but after I explained myself

" I just stated a fact that not all Republicans are anti gay marriage, NO MORE NO LESS" You should just accept it as it is, otherwise, your main purpose is to argue.

I agree the ignorant. People get married gay or st8. It's time these fools face up to their bigotry and get over it. These people are basically cowards to begin with. I can guarantee their animosity towards gay people, is only the tip of the iceberg with them.

It is time to get on with much more important issues, than gays getting married. Such as and I can't express it enough because it disgust me. The lack of interest in dealing with the amount of killings in this country, by evil or mentally ill people. Nothing is done about it, nothing. There isn't a week go by we don't have to deal, with innocent people being shot to death. Yet garbage in Kentucky stands around and protests because their drama queen clerk, that has been married 4 times, has had twins in between these marriages is in jail. She is nothing but a hypocritical tramp making $80,000 a year. Something is sick and very wrong with our society. At least with Kentucky for allowing this tramp, to have the job in the first place.

I suggest fools get over gays getting married, its been done. Move on. The more protesting that goes on over it, while what I mentioned never gets addressed. Then the more cowardly bigots, these self righteous religious bores become in my eyes.

I never claimed that all republicans are anti-SSM,
I was responding to your post that republican anti-SSM = myth. It is not a myth is it is true, and it is true that some republicans are anti ssm.
