No. According to the thread's premise, you can only support a defunding of the 500 million that Planned Parenthood gets if some left-wing billionaire gives them 10 billion dollars to provide whatever services they want to provide.
What if some left-wing billionaire decided to give ten billion dollars to Planned Parenthood, but only if it was defunded by the government.
