If millennials are disengaged from the political system and forms of government, why are they allowed to serve in the U.S. armed forces and allowed to vote in the first place? Should the U.S. voting age be raised to 45 and older?

"If You Are Not a Liberal at 25, You Have No Heart. If You Are Not a Conservative at 35 You Have No Brain." - Winston Churchill

Raising the voting age would hurt the Liberal Democrats.

Why is it that the only way right-wingers can assure themselves victory is to restrict voting as much as possible?

Ummm, because they're citizens?

Seriously, the US military would get vanishingly small if young people are not allowed to serve. Please point out to me one militarily successful government in all of history that barred people who were less than middle-aged.

And once they're fighting, you have to let them vote. Sorry, that's just how it is.

That adage never made sense, even in Churchhill's time seeing as FDR was a liberal and won 46 of 48 states.

At a personal level more Americans go from being Liberal to Conservative, than the other way around.

If it weren't for massive immigration, the Liberal Democrats would be struggling.

Why don't Conservatives get more votes with policy instead of trying to restrict voting?

That's not my impression. Why do you think that?

Edited to add - I thought you were an immigrant? Or am I thinking of someone else?
