So tell us....what is YOUR definition of an assault rifle.....

Maybe you just don't have a single clue.....now that, I can agree with....or you would have already told us...
Dude, I posted a few times the definition. How could I tell you your definition is wrong when you never gave a definition of "assault riffle/weapon?"

Might have to clean up the language...fired a subsequent time by a subsequent trigger pull with no other action required.

No jojo, you posted other peoples definitions of what an assault rifle is....not your definition.

Now I know why you cannot have a conversation, you cannot comprehend the question or questions, much less the premise of the thread.

The Truth About Assault Weapons
The AR-15 can fire 45 to 60 rounds per minute. That can assault a lot of victims!

High Capacity magazine, Black rifles that Look like Military rifles, what is it that scares people so much about these two items.. The general public needs to educate themselves on weapons..
There are much more powerful weapons, nice wood stocks, and are semi automatics..on the market. SMH

More nonsense. I am an engineer and a pretty good shot including military and NRA training. Even drove the jeep on a recoiless rifle team. Now if I was going around with no good bad guys give me a recoiless rifle at 500 yards...now we are talking.

If one wishes to make weaponry unsuitable for the mass shooter or terrorist you restrict the rate of fire. Still lets you defend yourself but makes it difficult...though not impossible to kill a whole lot of people. Maybe five shots and then a 10 second break. Or some such formula.

You gunnies trying to solve the problem or simply justify crowd killer weapons on semantic ground.
