No I'm not. The same list that you claim should not be used to keep people from buying guns is used to deny visas and airline travel, how is it ok to deny a person travel but allow them to buy a gun, that simply makes no sense.

What simply shouldn't make sense is the rabid support to simply disregard the constitution of the United States.
But we have to do something so we get the patriot act, tsa and government lists.

There is now a process to get off of the list, that was not in effect when the 5 year old and Ted Kennedy were on the list. How does a person buy a gun if the FBI background check comes back showing that they were convicted of a felony or had been confined to a mental hospital - that happens too, but it's hardly a compelling argument to quit doing background checks.
The ACLU has sued on behalf of people that cannot get off the list.

Yes they were legal guns that were converted illegally and very easily, sounds like a good candidate for a ban wouldn't you agree.
