God bless Gen. Abrams, 0bama will not be happy.
The reason for 0bama’s visit to the Pentagon today?

Quote:
"The U.S. Army Forces Command's Commanding General referred two charges today, Dec. 14, in the case of United States vs. Sgt. Robert B. Bergdahl to a General Court-Martial," the Army said in a statement.

"The two specific charges referred under the U.S. Armed Forces' Uniform Code of Military Justice are: (1) Article 85: 'Desertion with Intent to Shirk Important or Hazardous Duty;' and (2) Article 99: 'Misbehavior before the Enemy by Endangering the Safety of a Command, Unit or Place,'" the statement added.

Does that mean Obama won't have any more rose garden ceremonies for him?

But I thought Obama made them exonerate him, what happened, I thought he could control everything because he is the king?

This is the military justice system at work, wouldn't expect anything less.

The military always prefers to shoot its own dog, which is why the military was itself in favor of getting Bergdahl back.

President 0bama can't be happy about this.

Good thing we traded five of the worst terrorists on the planet for a deserter. More great "judgment" from 0bama.

Iis good news but, this sounds like minor to moderate charges. What happened to him being a traitor? You know, 5-6 guys were killed when squads went out looking for him. What about them and their families? Do they not get a "vote" so-to-speak?

Sounds like everyone is negotiating this one. It's time to keep this one fully aloft and do NOT let this a-clown get off easy. It's one thing to go to combat, it's quite another to desert in front of it. I thought our armies were waaaay more patriotic than that as a whole.

This guy belongs in prison for a minimum of 25-30 years, NO parole.

It would not surprise me if he received the pardon.
Obama will call it a humanitarian pardon
