Yes, it's much more thoughtful to believe one random anonymous person on the internet making a completely unsubstantiated claim that some unidentified people are claiming the driver yelled out Allahu Akbar.

Well, since she's been charged with murder this fast, she must have said something damning to police about it being intentional. We'll find out what that motivation was within a day or two at most but I think we can all suspect what it is.
