A pair of Department of Veterans Affairs officials who defrauded the VA for $400,000 will not face any criminal charges, despite an inspector general's request that they both face a criminal investigation.

It must be nice to be able to steal this kind of money and not only not get prosecuted but they get to keep their jobs.

Not even anything about them having to pay it back.

Here is a factual non-slanted take on this case;

Exactly.

Don't know why it's referred to as the "Justice" Department still.

Yes it is, but this is nothing new or unique to Obamas. See previous administrations for further examples.
Government has granted itself absolute power, so expecting it to police itself is incredibly naive.

Policing itself to ensure this doesn't happen in the first place is one thing, but it's a whole other ball of wax when they are caught and nothing is done at all and they are allowed to keep the illegally gotten money and job.

Prosecute for what exactly? They've acted in bad faith, that doesn't mean they broke any laws.

Don't get me wrong, they should be in prison, but what would they be charged with?

They should be fired at a minimum.

It ain't just this administration. This administration is either really stupid or they do not care and will throw it right in your face and say, take that.

This crap has been ongoing for well over 100 years.
The problem stems from the Federal Government, becoming way more powerful, than the US Constitution.

I don't like this either but they don't have anything to prosecute, someone should have been reprimanded or demoted for this gross waste of taxpayer dollars.
