Arabs might be white in this sense that they are considered Caucasian but they are not a European ethnic and are genetically more distant. They are a cline between Easterners and Westerners, but like you say more importantly than being a foreign ethnicity is they are a foreign culture with an alien religion and are incompatible and unassimilatable. Their culture and religion has an enmity with the West that stretches back at least 1200 years. Their culture resulted in poor breeding and poor natural selection regardless of their race and ethnicity. They can't even get along with each other in the middle east. Magic dirt and magic government will not turn these migrants into interchangeable Europeans.

Of course they know the immigrants are garbage and harmful. But they hate the white natives and that's why they bring foreigners in and hide the results and ban opposition to immigration.
