Fry said if the FBI tried to arrest him, he would see it as an attack.

Fry said the FBI has specifically said they would only arrest occupier Sean Anderson if the remaining people inside surrendered. Fry said he viewed that as unacceptable.
Both Fry and militant Sandy Anderson said they would rather die by some means than go to prison.

The 1st Amendment says that the people have a right to petition the government for a redress of grievances. The 2nd Amendment says that the people have a right to keep and bear arms. Nowhere does it say that while a citizen is exercising their First Amendment rights that they have to give up their 2nd Amendment rights.

His arms were straight out UNTIL he reached for the 9mm in his jacket. Don't forget that officers were/are facing wanted armed anti-police militiamen who vowed to fight to the death. This wasn't some kid pulled over for speeding.
