Superior Court Judges on BLM Occupation in Oregon:
As is true for most leaders of the sovereign citizen movement, that poor woman is a bit unhinged. She has previously issued calls for the FBI to arrest all of US Congress and (obviously) the President because reasons. And she's no more a judge than I am Pope.

The Sovereign Citizens movement has been (aptly) described as a combination of 'wishful thinking & willful ignorance.'

Just what our Country needs.

Ah, but are you aware she's also a "Private Attorney in service to His Holiness, Pope Francis"?

It got Obama elected twice. You think the people who voted for him, and continue to support him, aren't guilty of 'wishful thinking & willful ignorance.'? Or maybe they're just ignorant.

Cargo Cult law. The outside appearance of law with none of the substance. ("Commercial vessels", seriously?)

$5 says well have at least one mention of gold-fringed flags in the courtroom.

When did they steal the motto of the new Republican Party?

I think you'll find that if you actually read the Codexes the way the Church fathers clearly intended them to be read, it will become clear that the entire Vatican has been acting as licensed privateers and press-ganged the Church, the churchgoers and their spiritual vessels into indentured servitude. Which clearly means I'm Pope, not the the impostor who has taken out a bank patent on the organic state known as the Vatican. Also, admiralty law.

If by wishful thinking that "wishfully" believed that by casting their ballot that they would elect Obama to the Office of President as prescribe by the Constitution? The answer has to be that they wishfully thought that by voting in the prescribe manner outlined by the Constitution that they would, and indeed fulfilled those wishful thoughts.

As for their willful ignorance, I doubt that through the arduous and lengthy process of debates, incessant phone calls, campaign appearances, and speeches provided by John McCain, Mitt Romney and Barak Obama that the electorate was not fully informed of their beliefs and policy prescriptions, as a result I would have to say no to the accusation that they were willfully ignorant. Being fully apprised of their choices the electorate willfully chose Obama over both McCain and Romney.

And I have to say that unlike "sovereign" citizens in general and this self-appointed judge in particular, the electorate had a firmer grasp of the Constitution and how the Constitution sets forth the process for electing the President of the United States.
