I said spreading, it should be stopped before it becomes a full blow pandemic.
Almost as bad as the Lord's Christian Resistance Army/Movement in parts of Africa.
War lords and politicians have use religion as a tool to recruit and control the masses, since just about forever.
Well at least you are consistent in your ignorance.
If someone yelled "fire" in a movie theatre and shot people as they tried to flee , I suppose someone could cite the Bill of Rights.
"Lord's Christian Resistance "
Please show me in the New Testament where it justifies these actions. About the only thing that could be suggested is tolerance for slavery. However that was not any sort of Christan institution. It was a Roman institution. And as anyone who actully reads the stuff they pontificate about will tell you, Christianity submits to the existing civil authorities.
Believe it or not there are people who wish to do the "right thing" . If its the Quran, it will be the wrong thing certainly from a Western secular point of view. If its the bible, its a mixed bag, but history show pacification once Tyndale broke up the priestly monopoly.
This is not to be confused with people first deciding to do evil where upon they look to conceal their misdeeds under the veil of piety.
And hardly surprising you'd be inaccurate in your pattern of constant deflection from any topic related to radical Islam and Muslim terrorism. It's become beyond predictable.
'In one of their most heinous massacres to date, militants from the radical Islamist Boko Haram group slaughtered over a hundred victims in a village in northeast Nigeria Saturday night, including a number of children whom they burned alive.
Im giving the Secular Muslims the benefit of the doubt.
Listening to Dr Zuhdi Jasser, President Obama is not listening to secular Muslims. He explained today the Mosque our lovely President is visiting, does not like Western values and they do not allow women the right to sit among them. Why is the President more willing to meet with radicals and not secular Muslims to straighten this out?
I don't think our problem lies with the KKK in America. I don't see American KKK women walking around covered head to toe.....

Tribes, war lords and politicians have used their version of " the word of God" as a tool for land/asset grabs and recruitment/ control of the masses since forever. Christian was dropped from reference to The Lord's Christian Resistance Army because Christians wanted to distance themselves from this terrorist org.
What's religion got to do with any of the atrocities?

Well, duh. Christians actually can do that because its a pacifist ideology if one actually decided to follow it literally.

Well in this case its either
their version of " the word of God"
Or Muhammad's
Either one works.
I mean it almost comical. Islam is Muhammad's version of Judaism and Christianity which allows for beheading and rape. Since Muhammad beheaded and raped , I'd say that we could call that canonical to the faith. He wrote it and did it.
So all one could do is high-jack Islam and not rape and behead.
By all means high-jack and create a new version of it.

But you don't see people like Malala. We are just as violent as any other peoples. The poverty enhances the tragedy there. But no way a true Muslim just like the Isis rapes and forced abortions of the girls. They just gangs with a religious face,
