MUCH closer!
Oh? Please do explain the no doubt brilliant legal reasoning behind that statement.

They know they can't win, they just need another chapter to finish their book.

Did or can they sue the estate of the shooter?

Just another publicity stunt to keep the tragedy alive and in the news.
They most assuredly would NOT allow me to sit on the Jury!

these parents lost their children, they can do what ever they want. when your kindergartener goes off to school one morning and is brutally gunned down and killed then you can judge if you think it's "wrong" or not.

I don't understand how suing an inanimate object makes any sense.

Should all families of people murdered by the US Gov't be allowed to sue gun, tank, plane and bomb manufacturers?
It's not about making sense. It's about pushing anti-gun/anti-Second Amendment agenda.

Using their logic, people should sue car manufacturers whenever a loved one is killed by a drunk driver.

Besides that, Sandy Hook was a government false flag operation–

I would say it's rather lightly regulated wouldn't you?

What a bunch of wonderful people! Shame on them! They aren't some nice innocent people to begin with.

And shame on you to even think this should an option!
You've never lost a child to gun violence. I'm betting few on this board have. I haven't, thank God. I didn't send my kid to school only to have him/her end up in a body bag because some loon thought it was a great idea to shoot up a school.

These people have nothing else, nowhere else to go. So saying this is about money is ignorant.
