Think about your stupid comments.
I pray that you have a sound mind!

The American way is to sue someone. Guilt or fault has nothing to do with it. Someone needs to get sued.
Remington did not sell to the shooter. In fact no one did. The guns were sold to the shooter's mother.
Do you sue a ladder company because a thief used it to break into your home?
Should we sue ford because a drunk driver in a ford F-250 ran over a child on a bicycle?
I don't think so and I wouldn't.

Well, their focus is wrong.

Since the man who killed their kids can not be held accountable b/c he's dead, they presume that by blaming the gun makers, they'll be making a statement.

But, small kids are killed every day in the US, unintentionally and intentionally, by gunfire. They all should take a look at the violence that plagues the streets of Chicago. They collectively had no outrage at any of the poor little kids who were murdered by gun violence over the past 1-2 decades, perhaps longer.

But now that the issue hits home, it's time to sue the gun makers?

While my heart bleeds for their collective and individual losses, this entire thing is reactionary and nonsensical.

I hope this never makes it to trial.

Nevertheless, no matter the outcome as to whether or not this will go to trial, they will never, ever find peace over what happened to their poor, innocent babies.

The French squealed like babies as violent gangs roamed through Paris last year picking off defenseless, disarmed slaves in gun-free Europe.

Julian658 would like to see an America like that.

And yes, with a good hit, 556/223 can take allot of animals down, including big game. But, if going for Big Game, I would bring an appropriate rifle, caliber.
BAR Safari II 308 is favorite all around rifle for hunting.
That would be the AR-10 The differences between the BAR and a 10 are simply, well, almost nothing but looks. My 740 takes 30 round mags I had special ordered and it's 60 years old.

When all is said and done, and this case is lost, hopefully Remington and all their employees can sue the greedy bastards and the idiot lawyers that are filing this case. This is as stupid as suing Toyota because a drunk got in one of their vehicles and killed someone.

Many more kids die in car wrecks than by gunfire. Should cars be illegal? Oh and the number of gun homicides in the US has dropped every year for over 20 years.

LOL!!! Even with one shot one reload, any one with decent practice can easily shoot 40 rounds per minute. Enough to kill a lot of people.

High power guns are very attractive to unstable folks. Unstable folks cannot be legislated out of existence, however high power guns can be prohibited. Those that love to hunt can do so with a simpler weapon that needs to be re-loaded after two shots. That would make hunting a much more challenging sport.
Things like what? Gasoline and matches? Propane cylinders? Fertilizer and diesel fuel? Any vehicle bigger than say a motorcycle? We need to address the problem and secure the "unstable folks", not the objects that are used by much, much larger numbers of people.

That is logic and makes no difference to someone that wets the bed anytime a weapon is mentioned in a killing.
