Anyway, individuals are free to hold their own viewpoints, but involving your business in such when you employ and serve the general public may have consequences. Sometimes, it is not what you do but how you do it.
Chick fil A employs Gays/Lesbians and they serve Gays/Lesbians - they even have Gay/Lesbian Managers and Store Franchise owners. The OWNER of the Company said in an interview with a Catholic publication that he doesn't agree with same sex marriage and that he donated money to that cause.

Point is ...... he is NOT allowed to have that personal belief. He MUST comply with the Thought Police OR he and everyone who likes his product must suffer the Consequences of his Personal belief.

The Thought Police are the ONLY "deciders" on what a person may believe (or eat in this particular case).

Whatever happens to our country is god's will.

How could it possibly be any other way with an all-knowing all-powerful deity watching over us?

This has noting to do with Chick-fil-A. They weren't involved at all.

The minority (who were "gays" and lesbians) do not have the right to decide for the majority what should or should not be on the menu. The vote had already been taken. The majority won. That should have been the end of it.
Ah yes, but you have no problem with "the majority" pushing their views on a minority, right? You had no problem when gays were stifled & pushed down, told to shut up, right? Now that gays are finally having their rightful say in things, that just burns you, doesn't it? Too bad honey, get over it.

We now have the Thought Police and it's growing.

These minority extremists are bent on control. Their radical ideology took root in the protests of the 60s, which Bernie Sanders was a big part of. Cloaked behind the Viet Nam war, the one thing they've always been keen on is the destruction of the US government. Weather Underground, Black Panthers, Youth International Party, and players like Abbie Hoffman, Newton and Seale, Aires and Dohrn...etc. The one constant was a hatred for the US.

THEY are winning simply because they had the foresight to fight from within the very system they are determined to undermine.

WE are heading into a new dark age of ignorance under the guise (lie) of progressivism.

Oh please stop using child logic. When there's no rationale and you make it so only your view is ALWAYS correct then you have no interest in any other view. THAT is like trying to reason with a child.

The pendulum has swung the other way. Gays are now sitting on a pedestal and denying any alternative view or thought. Total and complete acceptance by any means to achieve this end.

...anyone who does not conform will be dealt with

This isn't a free society if we are forced to accept anything the majority or minority demand.

According to university student body president Evan Calhoun:

“When we learned more about Chick-fil-A and its corporate values and discriminatory policies, and after hearing these concerns raised by a section of our student body, we concluded that these corporate values are not aligned with our values as a student body, and it is not in the best interest of our UNK community to pursue Chick-fil-A right now.”

I have no dog in this fight, but this sounds perfectly reasonable to me. Seems as if the UNK student council is more mature in their consideration than many adult political bodies.

Isn't a good thing when a representative body is willing to consider all sides, then make a decision based on which faction has the strongest argument, and an argument that is most reflective of the spirit of the community or institution they represent?

Most of the students who voted for Chik-fil-A were probably only voting with their taste buds anyway, so if a minority has more significant reasons for not bringing the company to campus, what's the problem? The people who would mount a serious counter-protest would also be a minority. The "majority" everyone's going on about probably don't care all that much.

The people who get into a lather over things like this need to remember that they are a minority, too. Arguments about "taking X back" over issues like like this one don't resonate nearly as widely as they believe.

Basically, the libs, gays, colleges, black leaders, etc. are all alligned with the democrats. They represent political correctness. Trump (and Cruz to a lesser extent) represent common sense. This election is not so much conservative vs liberal as it is political correctness vs common sense. Or, pro-American vs multi- culturalism. Or good vs evil. Religious vs athiests.
majority vs minority. Givers/workers vs takers... You get my point.
I agree with you to some degree but for me its not a religious issue.

it drives at the very core of what it means to be an American. These Nazi thugs are attacking people for what they think. They are attacking people for not doing as they are told by the Prog-Agressive hate mongers.

They need to be stopped by everyone. NOT just religious people who think marriage should be between a man and a woman, but by gay people and people who support gay marriage as well. these Brownshirts need to be opposed because they are shutting down free expression.
