It doesn't even make sense. It's like you think that if Democrats have ever obstructed the GOP, therefore the GOP cannot obstruct the Democrats? How is that supposed to work?
Just think, if Obama and the Democrats hadn't elected a GOP senate in 2014, the far left extremists wouldn't have to worry about the supposed "obstruction."

I'm not laughing with you, I'm laughing at you.

You call it backbone, I call it unconstitutional. Article II Section II Clause II of the Constitution "The Appointment Clause"

empowers the President to appoint certain public officials with the "advice and consent" of the Senate. Try he technically needs the consent of the senate, but filibustering this for the of delay is unconstitutional.

Don't tell us you ARE a Constitutional expert lawyer like Obama.

"but filibustering this for the of delay is unconstitutional"

Show us where in the Constitution it say so.

I guess you said the SAME thing when Biden, Obama and host of other dem Senators Filibustered one of Bush's nominees.

No. My point is Dems already did it. Therefore, Rs will do it, too. In fact, that's what the R's electorate voted them into office to do... mitigate the damage done to our country caused by Obama and the Dems.

And this is no different. And it doesn't take a 'backbone' to obstruct someone. What takes a 'backbone' in congress is going against the wishes of big money donations and lobbyists.. which this is not.
'A pox on both houses.' May they all grow backbones.

How so? Cite the Constitution in your proof.

That was supposed to say for the sake* of delay. Well it says RIGHT THERE Obama is supposed to appoint a judge, the senates approval is there for checks and balances not for the petty wills of the frog faced monster mcconell. Which brings me to my next point, are you supposed to be a human being to be in the senate? Not some science project gone wrong?
